✅ Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AshishPackers, we understand that plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Please read carefully before booking our services.

1. Booking Cancellation

  • ✅ Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund (if any advance payment was made).
  • ❌ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total booking amount.
  • ❌ No-shows or last-minute cancellations on the spot are not eligible for refunds.

2. Rescheduling

  • We allow one free reschedule if requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled move.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability of slots and resources.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only applicable for advance payments where services have not been rendered.
  • If a customer is unsatisfied due to a service issue, our team will evaluate the concern and offer compensation or refund based on the situation.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method (UPI/Bank transfer/etc.).
  • A confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Any charges for packing material already used, labor provided, or transportation initiated will not be refunded.
